Bruce Terpstra, C & MA Metro District

This is the most principle center Church Planting Training that I have ever experienced.   It is principles not methodologies that planters most need and depend on.

Les Brickman,  Regents University

As both a cell church consultant and NCD coach, I have found the NCP concepts to be tremendously helpful in assisting cell church planters to incorporate the principles of NCD into the very DNA of their plant, rather than waiting until a later date to discover where they should have focused their energies from the start.

I have also found it both challenging and beneficial in understanding church planting to view it through the eyes of Barnabas.

Mont Duncan, Executive Director New Church Development UMC Florida Conference

This training was invaluable for our new start pastors with less than one year experience and for those beginning to plant in several months. It presented a holistic method of planting the 8 characteristics of a healthy church into a new community of faith.  One of the pastors said, “This is the best thing I’ve been to in preparation to start.”  One of the strengths was the biblical approach to church planting.  This grounding cuts across denomination lines and goes to the heart of the issue.  I am glad to recommend Phil Alessi and NCP for new church start pastors.

Miriam Gluyas, The Salvation Army, Sydney Australia

Using Natural Church Development to help planters establish healthy churches has been so helpful to get our new planters off to a great start. To begin with "health" has to be a great bonus.  The combination of a good Scriptural basis, with practical ideas has been incredibly valuable to us. Thanks

Director del Ministerio Hispano
Christian Reformed Home Missions

The use of Barnabas in lieu of an organizational approach fits better with the Hispanic culture. I applaud you.

David Toth, D.A.W.N. Saturation Church Planting

Overcoming the tension between church revitalization and church planting is like walking through a mine field! However, Phil Alessi seems to have negotiated the dangers quite well.  He retooled the NCD thinking by sequencing the 8 NCD qualities specifically for church planting and he focuses on working with the emerging church!

I believe it is a valuable tool for a church planter and for an existing church that desires to daughter a church.

Putting the eight qualities into practice in sequence by a church planter will surely lead to a healthy church plant. Kudos to Phil! "
